Responsibilities include ensuring CQC compliance, managing client and carer relationships, and driving business growth.

Youll oversee client reviews, conduct audits, and build local healthcare relationships.
Experience in private home care, including live-in care, and strong leadership, compliance, and communication skills are essential.
On-call flexibility and excellent customer service abilities are required.
