Salary up to £30,000 D.O.E The Role As the Registered Care Manager , you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the business, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and driving growth and excellence. Key areas of focus include:
1. Business Development Develop and execute strategies to expand our client base and grow the business. Build strong relationships with the local community, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders to increase awareness of Home Instead's services. Identify new opportunities to enhance our offerings and meet the evolving needs of clients. 2. CQC Compliance and Quality Standards Ensure the business consistently meets or exceeds Care Quality Commission (CQC) standards. Lead the team in preparing for inspections, audits, and ongoing compliance requirements. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, ensuring the highest levels of care are maintained. 3. Team Leadership and Positive Culture Manage and inspire a team of office staff and Care Professionals, promoting a supportive and collaborative environment. Drive recruitment, training, and retention initiatives to build a skilled, motivated, and compassionate workforce. Lead by example, maintaining open communication and upholding the company's values of respect, fairness, trust, honesty, and reliability. Why Join Us? Experience : A strong background in the care sector, ideally as a Deputy Manager or similar leadership role. Leadership Skills : The ability to inspire and motivate a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Business Acumen : A proactive mindset to drive business growth and development. CQC Knowledge : Familiarity with CQC standards and a commitment to maintaining compliance and quality to an outstanding standard.
