About the Registered Manager Role As our Registered Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our domiciliary care service, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and delivering a high standard of care.
Your responsibilities will include: Leading and inspiring a dedicated care team to provide compassionate, personalised support.
Driving business growth through development initiatives, partnerships, and client outreach.
Ensuring full compliance with CQC regulations and maintaining a "Good" or higher CQC rating.
Managing budgets and resource allocation effectively.
Collaborating with families, healthcare professionals, and stakeholders to ensure client satisfaction.
Recruiting and retaining care staff to meet the growing needs of the business.
Implementing and enhancing quality assurance and management systems to continuously improve service delivery.
What We Are Looking For For the ideal candidate in this role, you will need: Proven experience as a Registered Manager within the domiciliary care sector.
Strong leadership skills with a focus on quality assurance and compliance.
A thorough understanding of CQC regulations and standards.
A successful track record of growing a care business and achieving KPIs.
The ability to recruit and manage care staff effectively.
A passion for providing high-quality care and achieving positive outcomes for clients.
Ideally, a Level 5 NVQ in Health and Social Care (or a willingness to work towards this qualification).
Essential Full UK Driving License with access to a vehicle.
