* Luton * £50,000 - £65,000 DOE * Performance related bonuses * Annual increments to holiday entitlement As a Residential Manager you will need to possess the following skills and attributes: * Recent experience working within the residential sector at a Registered Manager level within a Children Residential Service * A "Good" or "Outstanding" grade within your recent OFSTED Inspections * Exceptional management & leadership skills and a passion for providing high-quality care * Diploma Level 3 or 4 in Residential Child Care (Children and Young Peoples Workforce) - or equivalent * Diploma Level 5 Leadership and Management - or equivalent What do you get in return?
