We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Registered Manager or very experienced Deputy Manager to help open a new 2 bedroomed childrens service opening soon in Mablethorpe.
In this pivotal role, you will have the opportunity to establish all elements of the set up and running of the home prior to residents arriving.
Once opened you will lead the Children's Home, ensuring exceptional care for young people with emotional, behavioural, and social needs.
Your leadership will drive outcomes and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee the initial set up and then the day-to-day management of the Children's Home, ensuring compliance with the Children's Homes (England) Regulations 2015 and Ofsted standards.
Promote a nurturing, fun and safe environment that prioritises the welfare and rights of young people.
Manage staff recruitment, training, and performance, offering hands on training and development whilst assisting the team to be motivated and competent.
Develop and implement personalised care plans in collaboration with multi-agency partners.
Ensure the home's policies and procedures are up to date and adhered to, promoting best safeguarding practices.
Requirements: Extensive experience in childrens residential care, with a proven track record in a managerial role this could be as a Residential Manager or as a Deputy Manager that has stood in with hands on experience of managing the home and its running.
Strong understanding of safeguarding legislation and quality standards.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to lead by example whilst coaching and developing your team.

You must have Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management in Care.
