Job Title: Registered Manager in Domiciliary Care Location : Leicester Salary : £35 K Plus   (negotiable, dependent on qualification and experience) Hours: full time We are looking for an experienced Registered Manager to launch and lead  build, develop and lead our team.
You will be responsible for the operational day-to-day management of the service You will be working in partnership with colleagues to ensure the provision of a high-quality service enabling individual needs and organisational priorities to be met in accordance with available resources.
Will consider Deputy will to step , with the right experience DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES The Registered Manager will be responsible for all aspects of the day-to-day operations within the service, including business growth and maintaining quality and compliance.
Responsibilities: To build and grow service weekly whilst maintaining quality.
Manage staff training utilising e-learning systems / monthly quality themes.
Take on a leadership role and promote Care Coordinator quality.
Update service policies and procedures.
Maintain quality standards and ensure health and safety compliance.
Liaise with and maintain partnerships with other local authorities and any other external organisation.
Management of complaints made to the service.
Ensure any regulatory activity, such as personal care and administering medicines, is delivered within regulations.
Provide staff support.
Provide information, advice and support to service users and their families.
Responsible for the overall quality of service delivered.
IdeallyMinimum 2 years' experience in a similar role Level 5 NVQ Health and Social Care - preferable (or willing to work towards) Good standard of general education Full driving license Excellent communication skills APPLY TODAY!!
