Registered Manager Children's Home for Children with Emotional and Behavioral Disorders Are you passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of young people?
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Manager to oversee our 4-bed children's home.
Key Responsibilities: Ensure the highest quality of care and support for children with EBD.
Manage and develop a team of staff to provide a safe, nurturing, and therapeutic environment.
Maintain compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
Develop and implement effective care plans and strategies.
Represent the home to external agencies and stakeholders.
Requirements: Level 3 Diploma in Children and Young People's Workforce (or equivalent) Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Health and Social Care (or working towards) Proven experience in managing a residential children's home for at least 2 years Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills A commitment to providing exceptional care and support Must hold a full UK driving license If you are a compassionate and dedicated individual who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of children, we encourage you to apply.
