Registered Manager Are you a passionate and experienced care leader?
We're seeking a dedicated Registered Manager to join our growing team based in Werrington, Peterborough.
About the Role: As our Registered Manager, you'll play a crucial role in: Leading and Inspiring: Overseeing a team of Service Managers and supporting staff.
Quality Assurance: Ensuring the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care.
Regulatory Compliance: Adhering to CQC regulations and best practice standards.
Risk Management: Identifying and mitigating risks to service users' well-being.
Strategic Planning: Developing and implementing service improvement plans.
Key Responsibilities: Managing and supporting a team of Service Managers.
Conducting assessments and developing personalised care plans.
Ensuring compliance with CQC regulations and safeguarding procedures.
Managing budgets and resources effectively.
Building strong relationships with service users, families, and external agencies.

What You'll Need: NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care or equivalent.
Proven experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager.

A valid UK driving license and access to your own vehicle.
