Role Overview : We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Manager to lead our dedicated team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the centre, ensuring the highest standards of care are maintained, and managing a team of professionals committed to supporting our clients through their recovery journey.
Key Responsibilities : Leadership and Management : Lead and motivate a team of care professionals, ensuring high levels of performance and morale.
Manage staff recruitment, training, and development.
Operational Oversight : Oversee the daily operations of the centre, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
Client Care : Ensure the highest standards of care are provided to all clients, tailoring treatment plans to meet individual needs.
Monitor and evaluate client progress, adjusting care plans as necessary.
Quality Assurance : Maintain and improve service quality through regular audits and reviews.
Implement corrective actions to address any areas of concern.
Compliance and Safety : Ensure the center complies with all regulatory requirements, including health and safety standards.
Manage safeguarding procedures to protect clients and staff.
Qualifications and Experience : NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent).
Previous experience as a Registered Manager, preferably in an addiction or mental health setting.
Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop a team.
Excellent understanding of regulatory requirements and best practices in addiction treatment.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
