My client is a Child Care provider within the UK and they currently have a fantastic opportunity for a registered children's home manager to take over one of their prestigious homes in the Telford area.
Responsibilities: Becoming Registered with Ofsted to manage the home. Ensuring the home is managed to a high standard in line with Ofsted legislation. Ensuring all staff are recruited, and supervisions and reviews are conducted. Liaising with all outside agencies and building relationships new and existing. Providing support to all children within their home. Requirements: As a registered children's home manager, you will need to have previously been in a similar position and have been registered as a manager with Ofsted. You will also need to hold a relevant Care Management qualification.
