EXPERIENCED REGISTERED MANAGER - CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE ASSESSMENT HOME

We are opening a new children's assessment home and have a fantastic opportunity for you to join us.

Experience we are looking for: You have a minimum of 2 years' experience of managing an Ofsted home that carries a rating of good or above. You hold QCF Level 5 Diploma in Leadership in Health and Social Care for the Children's and Young People's Workforce or QCF Level 5 or equivalent qualification in Children and Young People's Services. You must have experience of working alongside clinical professionals and education teams, including Speech and Language, Occupational Therapists, Psychologists and within the integrated care model. You will have experience of multidisciplinary meetings. Be experienced with emergency placements. You're passionate that children and young people should have equal opportunities, a voice that should be heard and they should be enabled to create their own bright futures. The Role:
As a Registered Manager you'll be integral to the smooth running of daily life within our homes, enabling young people to thrive. Our homes all have a dedicated Deputy Manager to support you. Your role will include:
Managing a warm and friendly home, that provides a safe and supportive environment for children and young people to achieve positive outcomes that are authentic to them. Achieving compliance with the Children's Homes Regulations and ensuring your home is always able to evidence a high standard of care and quality. Undertaking a Level 5 qualification in Leadership and Management so you have all the knowledge and skills you need to help your team achieve success. Leading a team of colleagues and facilitating their professional development so that they not only provide high-quality care and support, but are enabled to fulfil their own career potential too.
