Registered Manager – Complex Care Harrogate, North Yorkshire £45,000 per annum plus company car and fuel card Benefits: competitive annual leave allowance, pension scheme, future opportunities for development and progression and much more
Compass Associates are working with a CQC-registered provider offering specialist support for individuals with learning disabilities, mental health and complex needs.
They are currently operating at 1,400 hours per week and have an excellent reputation with the local authorities.
The business has been established for just over 4 years and has huge plans for expansion moving forward including the purchase of supported living properties and expansion into children's services.

As Registered Manager, you would report directly into the Head of Care focusing on the growth and development of the business.
You will be responsible for the recruitment of staff as they look to change their model from "bank" to "contracted" staff while at all times ensuring full compliance with CQC.

REQUIREMENTS NVQ Level 5 in Management
Previous experienced working as a Registered Manager in a similar setting
Excellent knowledge and understanding of CQC standards
Good organisation skills with the ability to lead a field-based team
Full UK driving license
