Oversee and develop person-centred support plans and staff teams.
Manage budgets and ensure operational excellence.
Requirements: Proven experience in managing services for children with learning disabilities or complex needs.
Knowledge of OFSTED regulations and person-centred care.
Strong leadership, collaboration, and communication skills.
