We are on the lookout for a dedicated and experienced Registered Manager to join our team at a Children's Residential Home in Ipswich.
Our home is currently home to 2 young people, offering care and support to those with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD).
With a capacity of 2 beds, our goal is to provide a nurturing and supportive environment where young people can thrive.
Key Requirements: OFSTED Registered (or willing) Proven experience in children's residential care, particularly with EBD Strong leadership and management skills A commitment to providing high-quality care and support to young people If you're ready to make a difference and lead our team, we'd love to hear from you!
