Location: Loughborough Salary: £55,000 per annum Contract: Full-time, 40 hours per week About the Role Our client is looking for an experienced and compassionate Registered Manager to lead a children's residential home in Loughborough.
Supporting young people aged 8 to 18, the role focuses on creating a safe, nurturing environment where children can thrive.
You will oversee daily operations, lead a dedicated team, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
A key part of the role will involve fostering positive change to achieve consistently high standards, ensuring the home delivers the best outcomes for the children in its care.
Key Responsibilities Lead and develop a team to provide exceptional care and meet regulatory standards.
Ensure a safe, supportive environment, maintaining compliance with safeguarding and Health & Safety policies.
Manage the homes operations, including staff rotas, training, and performance appraisals.
Develop and implement strategies to achieve consistently high-quality outcomes.

Strong understanding of safeguarding and childcare regulations.
Leadership skills and the ability to secure OFSTED registration.
