Registered Manager - Children's Homes Total package: Up to £66,550 per annumPLUS 30% bonus accrued each yearThose huge small victoriesWorking in our Children's Homes means being a part of a young person's day to day life.

As a Registered Manager you will make sure that the home environment can support this by ensuring both your staff and the young people feel secure, safe and motivated.
There will be challenges along the way but there will also be the smallest moments which feel like a huge small victory!Our homes accommodate young people with social, emotional and mental health needs, and our aim is to create the best possible outcome for the young people in our care.
This is all made possible because our service is holistic and touches on every aspect of our young people's developmental needs.
