Registered Manager - Children'S Home

Our client are seeking a passionate and experienced Registered Manager to lead the development and management of a new 4-bed Children's Home in Coventry, supporting children and young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD) and Learning Disabilities (LD).
This is an exciting opportunity to join a newly established business at the ground level, where you will play a pivotal role in setting up the service, developing a high-quality care environment, and ultimately ensuring the home is OFSTED qualified.
As the Registered Manager, you will be responsible for all aspects of the home's operation, including compliance, staffing, care delivery, and safeguarding, with a clear focus on delivering outstanding outcomes for the children in their care.
