Registered Manager – Brand-New Residential – Learning Disabilities Posted on 25th November 2024 Partington Registered Manager – Severe Autism and Complex Learning Disabilities Brand-New Residential Service Salary up to £45,000 Partington, Greater Manchester Overview Compass Associates are proud to be working in partnership with an established northern provider within Residential care, who offer support to individuals with complex learning disabilities and autism, to recruit for a Registered Manager to oversee their brand-new Residential service based in Partington, Greater Manchester that is due to open Summer 2025. This residential service supports up to 5 adults with severe autism, profound learning disabilities and complex associated needs, including behaviours that challenge. The successful candidate will need to have previous experience within a management position, with exposure to autism and learning disabilities.
The Candidate As the Registered Manager, you will be reporting into the Area Manager, and you will have overall responsibility for managing the 5-bedded residential service who support adults with complex needs including learning disabilities and autism. You will oversee the efficient delivery and development of the service whilst working closely alongside the Area Manager, ensuring the service users receive the best care. You will possess a deep working knowledge of health and social care, and you will also be required to have strong people management and communication skills, as well as sound commercial understanding.
Salary and Benefits The salary is between £40,000 to £45,000 per annum, dependent on experience, and benefits include:
