We are currently seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Manager to lead our team and deliver the highest standards of care, reflecting our commitment to person-centred care and safeguarding.
About The Role As a Registered Manager at London Paramount Care, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily management of the service, ensuring that care is personalised and centred around the unique needs of each individual.
You will lead a team of Team Leaders and Support Workers, inspiring them to provide high-quality care that respects the preferences and dignity of the people we support.
You will be a key figure in shaping the direction of our services, promoting a culture of continuous improvement, and ensuring full compliance with CQC regulations.
Key Responsibilities Lead, motivate, and develop a team of care staff, ensuring that person-centred care is embedded in every aspect of service delivery.
Oversee the smooth running of services, ensuring that care is tailored to meet the individual needs of each person, in line with company policies and regulatory standards.
Ensure the service is fully compliant with CQC standards, safeguarding policies, and relevant legislation.
Act as the Designated Safeguarding Lead, safeguarding the rights and well-being of all individuals in our care.
Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with families, carers, and external professionals, ensuring the holistic needs of each individual are met.
Manage resources, care plans, and staffing effectively, ensuring the highest standards of care and service delivery are achieved.
What We're Looking For At least 2 years of experience in a relevant care setting, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or managerial role.
A Level 3 qualification in "Working with Adults and Young People" (or equivalent).
A willingness to work towards a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management.
Knowledge of safeguarding procedures and a comprehensive understanding of care regulations and standards.
Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills, with a passion for person-centred care.
A commitment to ongoing staff development and safeguarding.

Desired Criteria Required Criteria Level 4 or 5 in "Leadership and Management" or equivalent management qualification.
Significant experience in supporting people with learning disabilities and associated conditions.
Solid up-to-date knowledge and understanding of the Care sector and the regulatory framework to include CQC regulations including registration requirements.
Demonstrated experience in multi-site delivery and operational management.
Budget holding experience.
