Job Description Registered Home Manager Salary: Up to £60,000 We are seeking a compassionate, dedicated, and driven Registered Home Manager to oversee the daily operations of a residential care home catering to individuals with learning disabilities and autism.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in care management and a genuine passion for providing high-quality, person-centred support to residents, ensuring their well-being and fostering a nurturing environment.
To excel in this role, you will need: Nursing qualification and a valid UK NMC Pin Proven experience in a management role within a care setting, with a specific focus on supporting individuals with challenging behaviour and learning disabilities In-depth knowledge of relevant legislation, regulations, and best practices in care management, ensuring stringent adherence to quality standards.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills, vital for driving a cohesive and high-performing care team.
A compassionate and inclusive approach to care, valuing diversity and actively promoting equality in all aspects of service delivery.

Developing and implementing individualized care plans, tailored to the unique needs and preferences of each resident, fostering personal growth and independence.
Maintaining open and effective communication with residents, their families, and external stakeholders to foster a positive and inclusive care environment.
Continuously monitoring and evaluating the quality of care provided, proactively identifying areas for improvement and initiating necessary changes to enhance residents' quality of life.
Managing the budget and resources of the care home, optimizing efficiency while upholding an unwavering standard of care.
