Registered Manager (Adult Domiciliary Care) Location: Bradford, UK Salary: £35,000 - £38,000 per annum Schedule: Monday-Friday, Full-Time Are you passionate about providing exceptional care for adults with disabilities?

My client is launching a brand-new domiciliary care service in Bradford, set to officially open in April 2025, and were looking for an experienced and dedicated Registered Manager to join this exciting journey.

This is an exceptional opportunity to play a key role in shaping and leading the services from the ground up.
What you will be doing: As the Registered Manager, you will be responsible for: Leading and managing all aspects of the domiciliary care service.
Ensuring compliance with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) framework and all regulatory requirements.
Recruiting, training, and supporting a skilled and compassionate team.
Delivering high-quality care tailored to the unique needs of adults with learning disabilities.
Establishing effective policies and procedures to ensure safe, effective, and person-centred care.
What Were Looking For  To succeed in this role, you will need: Proven experience in a similar Registered Manager role, ideally within domiciliary care or learning disability services.
A strong working knowledge of the CQC framework and regulatory standards.
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or willingness to work towards this qualification).
Exceptional leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
A commitment to delivering compassionate and high-quality care.
