Main duties of the job As an experienced RGN, you will ensure people with neurological conditions receive the best possible care while supporting your colleagues and promoting good teamwork.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include providing high-quality nursing care, assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating care, mentoring and supporting team members, and accurately recording and reporting all changes in service users' conditions.

What you will be doing As a qualified Registered Nurse, you will ensure people with Neurological conditions receive high-quality care, while also supporting your colleagues and promote good teamwork.
The wards are busy, with plenty to keep you engaged and motivated, and a good amount of routine and variety.
Your day-to-day will include: Providing high-quality, effective and compassionate nursing care to service users Being responsible for the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of care Providing mentorship and support to team members Observing, recording and reporting all service user changes, and maintaining accurate records of care provided Skills and knowledge you will have A relevant nursing qualification NMC registration Strong team-working skills A high level of self-motivation and a flexible approach A positive attitude and be naturally caring and compassionate A commitment to high-quality care and to values and evidence-based practice Where you will be working Location:Howitts Lane, Eynesbury, St Neots, Cambridgeshire, PE19 2JA Join the team at St Neots Hospital providing care, therapeutic and rehabilitation pathways for those affected by a neurological or mental health condition for which challenging behaviour may be the leading impairment.
St Neots Hospital is located in the centre of town and provides assessment, treatment, rehabilitation and complex care for both males and females suffering from a broad range of neurological conditions, which is provided by a highly experienced team based on site.
