You will manage a team to enable residents to live independently and actively and you will uphold our commitment to high-quality care.
You will ensure their safety, coordinating activities, and fostering a welcoming atmosphere.
As the CQC registration holder you will support the staff to deliver the care needs of our residents and provide additional services.
