As a Dual Registered Manager, you'll be responsible for: Leading and managing two childrens homes, ensuring high standards of care and compliance.
Overseeing daily operations to meet the needs of children and young people.
Developing care plans in collaboration with families and professionals.
Maintaining Good or Outstanding Ofsted ratings by adhering to regulations.
Supporting and developing staff teams with necessary training and supervision.
Driving continuous improvement across both services.
Package and Benefits: The Dual Registered Manager role comes with a comprehensive package: Annual salary of £50,000, with the potential to earn up to £55,000.

The ideal candidate for the Dual Registered Manager role should have: Proven experience as a Registered Manager in childrens residential care, preferably within learning disabilities services.
Strong understanding and experience with Ofsted regulations and achieving high ratings.
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare or equivalent.
Excellent leadership skills to inspire and manage teams across multiple services.
Full UK driving licence.
