Job Title:          Registered Children's Home Manager Location:          London, UB6 Salary:              up to £60,000 An exciting opportunity as arisen to join a highly reputable company, setting up a brand new 2 bed children's residential home in South Croydon on a full time, permanent basis.
As the Registered Manager, your duties will include: Developing, mentoring and leading a vibrant and enthusiastic care team.
To provide strong, motivational leadership Responsible for the effective day to day running of the home and the delivery of all care services to a high standard, as well as the strategic planning for developments within the home and all day-to-day management matters.
Deliver the organisation's vision and values and best possible childcare to the children in the service.
Build internal and external relationships with service users, families, staff, agencies, partners, and commissioners.
To support children and young people aged 8-18 years old who have complex behavioural, emotional and social difficulties.
To be considered for the Registered Manager position, you will have: Level 3 in Residential Childcare.
Level 5 in Leadership and Management.
A true passion for care and working with children.
2 years experience at supervisory level within an Ofsted Children's Home.
