An exciting opportunity for several  Registered Children's Manager  for our  client's BRAND NEW homes  based near Stoke on Trent  on a full time, permanent basis.
As the Registered Manager, your duties will include: Developing, mentoring and leading a vibrant and enthusiastic care team.
Responsible for the effective day to day running of the home and the delivery of all care services, as well as the strategic planning for developments within the home and all day-to-day management matters.
Deliver the organisations vision and values and best possible childcare to the children in the service.
Build internal and external relationships with service users, families, staff, agencies, partners, and commissioners.
To be considered for the Registered Manager position, we are looking for: Level 5 in Leadership for Health and Social Care, or working towards this A true passion for care and working with children REQUIRED 2 yrs in last 5 in children's social care and at least a year of this at a supervisory level.
Experience of  working in a similar (Ofsted), Confident meeting and exceeding Ofsted guidelines.
Supervision or management experience Worked in a Children's residential setting Valid Enhanced DBS and on the update service ideally.
