Job Title: Registered Children's Home Manager Location: Burton On Trent Salary: up to £55 k per annum DEO With extra  bonuses of 16K available- Ofsted related, occupancy and staff retention ( upto 71K Salary available )  Hours: 9-5 Monday to  Friday (Flexible working hours available) ASAP Start available !

An exciting opportunity for an experienced Registered Children's Manager to oversee our client's BRAND NEW home based in DE15 Burton on Trent  on a full time, permanent basis.
Ideally looking for LD Registered Manager , however will consider EBD Registered Managers too.
Capacity to be a 4 Bedded home.
You will be responsible for the effective running of the homes in accordance with Quality Standards and Regulations for Children's Homes and Ofsted guidelines.
To be considered, you require Level 5 in Leadership & Management , or working towards this and have experience in a management position.
We are looking for a passionate and hard working individual, with  Therapeutic approach As the Registered Manager, your duties will include: Developing, mentoring and leading a vibrant and enthusiastic care team.
Responsible for the effective day to day running of the home and the delivery of all care services, as well as the strategic planning for developments within the home and all day-to-day management matters.
Deliver the organisations vision and values and best possible childcare to the children in the service.
Build internal and external relationships with service users, families, staff, agencies, partners, and commissioners.
To be considered for the Registered Manager position, we are looking for: Level 5 in Leadership for Health and Social Care, or working towards this A true passion for care and working with children REQUIRED 2 yrs in last 5 in children's social care and at least a year of this at a supervisory level.
Experience of  working in a similar (Ofsted) Supervision or management experience Worked in a Children's residential setting Experience of working with people with severe autism and/or learning disabilities.
Confident meeting and exceeding Ofsted guidelines.
Valid Enhanced DBS and on the update service ideally.
