Registered Manager – Brand New 2-Bed EBD Children's Home Location: Ramsbottom
Salary: Up to £55,000 per annum + Bonuses
Are you a dedicated and experienced Registered Manager looking for an exciting new opportunity to shape and lead a brand-new children's home?

We are looking for a Registered Manager to lead a 2-bed EBD home in Walsall.
This is a unique opportunity for someone who thrives on making a meaningful difference while growing their career in an ambitious and supportive organisation.

Key Responsibilities: Lead the registration process with Ofsted and ensure the home meets all regulatory requirements.
Recruit, develop, and inspire a team of dedicated support staff to deliver exceptional care.
Implement and monitor individual care plans to ensure the highest levels of support and development for the children in your care.
Maintain and continuously improve the home's compliance with Ofsted regulations, working to achieve and maintain 'Good' or 'Outstanding' ratings.
Manage budgets effectively while ensuring the highest standards of care and safety.
Build strong relationships with external agencies, families, and local authorities.
About You: You must be a Registered Manager or have extensive experience as a Deputy Manager in an EBD or children's residential care setting.
Hold or be working towards a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Children and Young People's Services (or equivalent).
A proven track record of successful leading or supporting with Ofsted inspections.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
Passionate about improving outcomes for children and young people with complex needs.
Committed to building a positive, child-centred home with a therapeutic approach to care.
