Registered Manager – Solo Placement Children's Home (EBD) Location: Duston, Northamptonshire Salary: Up to £50,000 per annum, plus £4,500 annual bonus Lead with Purpose in a Family-Run, Child-Centered Environment Are you passionate about creating positive, lasting change for young people?
We're looking for a dedicated Registered Manager to lead a Solo Placement EBD Home, providing children with complex needs a safe, nurturing environment where they can thrive.

Your Role & Impact As the Registered Manager of our Solo Placement Home, you'll oversee the care of one young person, focusing on their safety, growth, and well-being.
Leading a team of six, you'll foster a therapeutic environment where children can find stability, heal, and develop essential life skills.
This is a chance to be directly involved in shaping a young person's future by giving them the compassion and support they deserve.
Key Responsibilities Inspire & Lead: Build a culture of empathy, excellence, and respect, ensuring every child feels valued and understood.
Uphold Standards: Maintain compliance with Ofsted regulations and Children's Homes Regulations to uphold our high standards of care.
Develop Personalised Care Plans: Create and implement tailored care plans that focus on the unique needs and growth of each child.
Build & Empower Your Team: Recruit, train, and support your team to foster a collaborative, positive environment where everyone is empowered to excel.
Engage with Stakeholders: Build strong relationships with social workers, families, and other professionals to ensure a cohesive support network for each child.
Drive Continuous Improvement: Regularly evaluate and enhance the quality of care, implementing new initiatives to improve outcomes.
What You Bring to the Role Proven Leadership: Previous experience as a Registered Manager or a minimum of two years as a Deputy Manager in children's residential care.
Relevant Qualifications: Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or working towards).
Child-Centered Advocate: A genuine passion for improving the lives of children, with the leadership and communication skills to inspire and support your team.
Organised & Motivated: A proactive approach, ready to lead and make a lasting impact from day one.
Essential Requirement: Full Manual UK Driving Licence.
