A number of  exciting opportunities for experienced Registered Children's Managers  for our  client's BRAND New and existing Children's homes on a full time, permanent basis.
In the FY Area Blackpool and surrounding areas.
As the Registered Manager, your duties will include: Developing, mentoring and leading a vibrant and enthusiastic care team.
Responsible for the effective day to day running of the home and the delivery of all care services, as well as the strategic planning for developments within the home and all day-to-day management matters.
Deliver the organisations vision and values and best possible childcare to the children in the service.
Build internal and external relationships with service users, families, staff, agencies, partners, and commissioners.
Strong leadership and effective communication skills with a very nurturing side and strong interpersonal skills.
To be considered for the Registered Manager position, we are looking for: Level 3 NVQ diploma in Residential Childcare/Health and Social Care Children's Workforce (Or equivalent) OR have a NVQ Level 5 in Residential Childcare or equivalent or be willing to work towards this qualification within two years of working in post.
A true passion for care and working with children REQUIRED 2 yrs in last 5 in children's social care and at least a year of this at a supervisory level.
Experience of  working in a similar (Ofsted), Confident meeting and exceeding Ofsted guidelines.
Supervision or management experience Worked in a Children's residential setting Clean Valid Enhanced DBS and on the update service ideally.
