As the Registered Manager, Children's Residential, you will be responsible for: Overseeing the daily operations of the 4 bedroom children's residential home Ensuring compliance with Ofsted regulations Leading and managing the staff team Developing and implementing therapeutic care plans Conducting regular staff training and reflection sessions Setting up policies and procedures Implementing plans for all children Package and Benefits: The package for the Registered Manager, Children's Residential includes: Annual salary of £55,000 - £70,000 Bonus for good and outstanding Ofsted ratings Regular training and reflection sessions Professional development opportunities The ideal candidate for the Registered Manager, Children's Residential role will have: Level 5 qualification 2 years of experience working in a residential setting 1 year of management experience Therapeutic approach Strong leadership and communication skills Knowledge of Ofsted regulations Ability to work under pressure Will consider a deputy ready to make the step up for first registration If you have experience or interest in roles such as Residential Care Manager, Children's Home Manager, Care Home Manager, Therapeutic Care Manager, or Ofsted Compliance Manager, you might find this opportunity appealing.
