Earlsdon Park Village provides a whole range of communal social and leisure facilities in the village centre which is open to residents, their families, and members of the wider local community.
These include a village hall, library and IT suite, bar and bistro, fitness suite with gym, hairdressing and beauty salon and shop.
What will you do as our Care Manager?
- Work alongside the Village Manager and be responsible for managing the care and support that residents are receiving - Develop individual care plans to ensure optimum levels of independence - Create a domiciliary care business in the local community - Lead the management of care & support services, alongside the supervision of all care staff - Ensure the performance and quality of the DCA is performing to CQC and local authority standards - Implementing staff rota's - Recruitment and selection - Assist the Village Manager in developing and providing ongoing training programmes for staff - You will be the Registered Manager with CQC for the care service Our ideal Care Manager will have: - Strong communication and leadership qualities - An excellent track record of people management - Excellent knowledge of digital care platforms (we use Birdie) and the ability to lead the team in its use and development within the service.
