Job DescriptionWe are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Care Manager to lead our team and ensure the highest quality of care for our clients whilst also accountable for the growth of the business.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our domiciliary care services, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and maintaining our outstanding rating.
They will also be responsible to provide ongoing supporting and mentoring to the care team to ensure we provide future opportunities for our team to progress into new roles.
We want to provide Outstanding Care to as many people as possible within our demographic therefore previous experience of growing businesses will be required.Key Responsibilities:Accountable to drive the overall growth of the business.Oversee the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care to all clients.Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and other relevant legislation.Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of clients.Recruit, train, and manage care staff, fostering a positive and supportive team environment.Conduct regular staff supervisions and appraisals to maintain high performance standards.Liaise with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure effective communication and continuity of care.Monitor and manage budgets, ensuring financial efficiency without compromising on care quality.Lead by example, promoting a culture of excellence, respect, and compassion within the team.Handle any complaints or incidents, ensuring they are resolved promptly and effectively.Continuously assess and improve service delivery, implementing best practices and innovations in care.Embrace expanding into new services to ensure we can continue to provide the care clients now and in the future as their needs may changeQualificationsRequirements:Minimum of 3 years' experience in a managerial role within domiciliary care registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC).Relevant qualifications in Health and Social Care (e.g., NVQ Level 5 in Leadership and Management in Health and Social Care).Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and other relevant legislation.Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills.Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to providing high-quality care.Full UK driving licence.Additional InformationBenefits:Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses.Comprehensive training and development opportunities.Supportive and collaborative work environment.Opportunities for career advancement within a growing company.Company pension scheme.Health and wellbeing support.How to Apply: Interested candidates are invited to submit their CV and a cover letter detailing their experience and suitability for the role to Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis, and early application is encouraged.Home Instead is an equal opportunity employer.
