Job DescriptionWe are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Care Manager to lead our team and ensure the highest quality of care for our clients whilst also accountable for the growth of the business.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our domiciliary care services, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and maintaining our outstanding rating.
They will also be responsible to provide ongoing supporting and mentoring to the care team to ensure we provide future opportunities for our team to progress into new roles.
