This full-time role offers a permanent contract and is ideal for someone passionate about leading and coordinating SEN support across multiple settings.
As a Regional SENDCo, you will be responsible for overseeing the SEN provision, ensuring that all students receive the necessary support to succeed both academically and socially.
You will work closely with teachers, support staff, and external professionals to create a positive and inclusive environment, while managing SEN strategies across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and oversee SEN provision across multiple schools.
Develop and implement SEN strategies to support student development.
Liaise with teachers, support staff, parents, and external professionals to ensure comprehensive student support.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of SEN interventions.
Ensure compliance with SEN legislation and school policies.
Provide leadership and guidance to staff members on best practices for supporting students with SEN.
Qualifications and Experience: Previous experience as a SENDCo or in a leadership role within SEN is preferred.
Strong understanding of SEN legislation and best practices.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to manage SEN provision across multiple locations.
A relevant teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, QTS) and a SENDCo qualification (or working towards it).
A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
