Your primary role is coaching the sales team through planning, business development, accounts and pipeline management activities through informal and formal interactions to achieve channel objectives.
Through focused sales activities of the sales team, executed with a consistent rhythm, the key objectives for the Sales Manager are pipeline growth and conversion improvement, to drive bookings growth against a defined sales target.How you will do itThrough proactive planning and coaching the Regional Sales Manager will develop and improve seller skills and rhythm across existing accounts and relationships together with identification of new business opportunities for development, for all enterprise solutions that the company can offer within the market.
Through the use of Salesforce.com, you will prepare for a monthly Personal Success Plan with Reviewing prior month sales performance and objectives, current sales pipeline and agreeing key objectives for current month.What we look forAre you able to demonstrate the following?The Regional Sales Manager will hold sales management experience and have in-depth knowledge of the complexities of relationship selling.
You will have experience in the fire and security industry and will be experienced in managing all performance, activity, planning and sales processes through Salesforce.com.
You will have the ability to coach sellers and identify and qualify opportunities.
