Regional Operations & Sales Manager £45,000 to £50,000 plus bonus Glasgow area (East Kilbride, Paisley & Kilmarnock) About the Role Our client is a leading independent optical practice in Scotland, and they are seeking a dedicated Regional Operations & Sales Manager to join their team.

Together with their Hearing Care business which is the largest independent audiology practice in the West of Scotland, the group has become a highly respected name in healthcare.
This role presents an exciting opportunity for a talented and driven professional to manage and enhance operations and sales across three key locations spanning Kilmarnock, East Kilbride and Paisley.
Position Overview The role will report directly into the MD and will oversee operational activities and sales strategies across 3 branches, ensuring high standards in service delivery, efficiency, and revenue growth.
With a team of seven, this post will support the group's mission and work closely with senior management to maintain strong financial performance and customer satisfaction.
Core Responsibilities Operations Management: Supervising daily operations across three branches, ensuring compliance with company standards and maximising productivity.
Evaluating and refining internal processes to increase efficiency and improve the customer experience.
Managing workforce planning and staffing levels across all locations to meet business needs effectively.
Sales & Growth Development: Developing and implementing strategic sales plans to drive growth and increase revenue.
Identifying new market opportunities and customer segments for expansion.
Leading the sales team in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Providing senior management with detailed sales reports and forecasts.
Team Leadership: Managing and motivating a team of seven staff across multiple branches.
Conducting regular performance reviews, setting targets, and providing training and mentorship as necessary.
Fostering a positive team environment that encourages accountability and teamwork.
Financial & Budget Oversight: Overseeing branch budgets to optimise profitability and control expenses.
Analysing financial data to inform strategic, data-driven decisions.
Ensuring adherence to financial policies and operational guidelines.
Qualifications & Experience Ideal candidates will have a proven background in people management, preferably across multiple locations, with a minimum of two years of experience in a sales-focused role.
A strong understanding of budgeting and financial management principles is essential, as is the ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams effectively.
Excellent communication skills and proficiency in MS Office and other business management software are also required.
Flexibility to travel across the West of Scotland is necessary.
