Majority of time leading a team of; a technical manager, design manager, operations director, internal sales etc.
in supporting our clients three licenced installer/ contractors with ongoing projects Typically targeting the high-rise residential, student accommodation and hotels Typical project sizes £350,000 (150 tonnes of steel), projects from 20 weeks to 2 years Opportunity only available due to upcoming retirement mid 2025 Inheriting an area achieving circa £4m Conducting CPDs with architects and structural engineers Technical/ design meetings with main contractors, structural engineers & architects and housing developers Following up Glenigan leads, proactively looking for new opportunities and new markets for the lightweight steel frame structure (up to 15 stories) The ideal applicant will be a Regional Sales Manager Lightweight Steel Frame Structures with: Must understand volumetric structural systems such as pre-cast concrete, timber frame, faade systems, modular/ off site systems etc.
Ability to fulfill hybrid role of business development alongside managing a team of; a technical manager, design manager, operations director, internal sales etc.
