Regional Sales Manager Heating Products & Controls Job Title: Regional Sales Manager Controls & Heating Products Job reference Number: 648306-6022-24276 Industry Sector: Heating Controls, Electrical Controls, Heating Products, Plumbing & Heating, Electric Heating, Developers, Housebuilders, Contractors, Electrical, Electrical Products, Electrical Wholesalers, Builders Merchants, Plumbing & Heating Merchants, Area Sales Manager, Business Development Manager, Sales Manager, Regional Sales Manager Area to be covered: South East Remuneration: £45,000 - £55,000 + circa 20% bonus Benefits: Electric / hybrid company car & full comprehensive benefits The role of theArea Sales Manager Controls & Heating Products will involve: Field sales position, selling a manufactured range of controls and heating systems such as: electric / hydronic towel rails, hydraulic radiators, thermostats, timers, heaters and heating devices for both new build or refurbishment applications 60% of your time will be spent creating demand / generating specifications with social housing developers, councils, developers, housebuilders and contractors such as: Guinness Homes, Bromford Homes and Centrica The remaining 40% of your time will be spent selling to national builders merchants, regional builders merchants, plumbing and heating merchants, electrical wholesalers and buying groups such as: Grahams, City Plumbing, Plumbase, CEF etc Once up and running will be target to turnover £1m Will be predominantly be an account management position however will be expected to generate some new business Working closely with and report directly Sales Director The ideal applicant will be an Area Sales Manager Controls & Heating Products with: Worked for all sold to plumbing & heating merchants / electrical wholesalers Sold a related electrical / plumbing & heating building product experience such as: heating controls, boilers, radiators, electrical controls, piping systems, plumbing systems Ideally electrical heating / controls background (not essential) Ideallygenerated specifications with social housing developers, housebuilders, developers and contractors such as: Guinness Homes, Bromford Homes and Centrica Would consider someone from a merchants route to market background however would prefer you to have developer relationships Energetic self-starter capable of handling multiple tasks to deadlines Trustworthy and professional approach Mitchell Maguire is a specialist Construction Field Sales Recruitment Consultancy, dealing exclusively with Construction Field Sales Jobs, Construction field sales vacancies and Specification field sales positions within: Heating Controls, Electrical Controls, Heating Products, Plumbing & Heating, Electric Heating, Developers, Housebuilders, Contractors, Electrical, Electrical Products, Electrical Wholesalers, Builders Merchants, Plumbing & Heating Merchants, Area Sales Manager, Business Development Manager, Sales Manager, Regional Sales Manager TPBN1_UKTJ
