Cover lessons in primary schools when band coaches are unavailable, ensuring a seamless learning experience for children.
Provide comprehensive support to a diverse team of band coaches, reporting directly to the Regional Manager.
Assist other music teachers in delivering successful lessons and concerts.
Support the operations team with scheduling make-up lessons when you are not teaching.
Contribute to company logistics, including equipment management and distribution of marketing materials.
Stay current with your administrative duties to ensure smooth operations.
What We're Looking For Musical Talent: Ability to play at least two of the following: drums, keyboard, guitar, or vocals, with a good all-around musical knowledge.
Driving Requirements: Valid driving license and access to your own car (essential). Positive about travelling: Positive attitude with long drives and extended periods away from home.
Organisational Skills: Strong organisation and IT skills to manage your schedule and tasks effectively.
Passion and Confidence: A confident and outgoing individual who loves music and is passionate about teaching!
Adaptability: Willingness to travel extensively, work independently and adapt to different teaching environments across various locations.
Reliability: Dependable and committed to providing consistent, high-quality music education.
Communication Skills: Excellent at building relationships and communicating effectively with both children and adults.
