Regional Quality Manager  £60,000 - £65,000 West Midlands Are you a dedicated  leader with a passion for delivering outstanding care and raising quality standards across multiple sites?
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate candidate for a Regional Quality Lead role, working closely with Home Managers and Area Directors to bring exceptional health and care experiences to our residents.
The Role: In this pivotal role, you'll help drive the company's vision of being the leading care provider in each community by fostering an environment of compassion, clinical excellence, and high-quality care.
Your responsibilities will include: Providing direct, hands-on support to Home Managers to improve clinical outcomes, creating a nurturing environment for both residents and staff.
Partnering with Home Managers to guide and develop Deputy Home Managers in delivering a consistently high standard of nursing care and enhancing residents' quality of life.
Collaborating with Home Managers, Deputy Home Managers, and Senior Quality Leads to craft and implement action plans for all internal and external inspections, ensuring compliance and continuous improvement.
Acting as an advocate to promote key initiatives, building strong relationships with commissioners and external healthcare professionals, and delivering impactful clinical quality training across the region.
