Job Description Our clients in Scotland are looking for an experienced Regional Manager who can develop and support the Quality of Provision within their settings.
the role will require you to have experience of multi site support, full up to date working knowledge of the Curriculum for Excellence and Care Inspections. Your role will require you to ensure best practice within each of the settings, developing and delivering training, action plans as well as monitoring their outcomes.
The role also requires supporting the Provider with SENCO, ensuring that additional needs and all implementation of inclusion and best practice, and being the company's SENCO lead. Working alongside the Operational teams, you will also be supporting each setting for their inspections and quality assurance evaluations.
You will need to have managed a nursery setting, have taken settings through Care Inspections, be able to deliver training in all areas of the curriculum to ensure that all team are fully supported in the delivery of best practice.
Working a 40 hr week, the role is offering up to £50k plus £5k car allowance, with other great benefits.
Requirements Ideally, you will have Have a minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years / Childcare or equivalent Have at least 6 years' previous experience of working in a Day Nursery Have at least 2 years' experience of running a day Nursery, leading and supporting teams Have at least 1 years' experience of Multi-Site Support in delivery Quality and Best Practice Experience of Care Inspections, Internal and external audits Sound knowledge of the latest Curriculum for Excellence framework and regulations Can develop, deliver and support training through the nurseries Develop resources and activities to support the delivery of learning for all staff SENCO and inclusion Lead Support Quality Assurance Work alongside the Safety and Operational teams in supporting each setting to achieve best outcomes.
