Regional Operations Manager

Company Description E&C Construction Ltd, based in Barking, East London, has been in operation since January 2014, with combined experience of over 50 years.
The company has successfully managed and completed various projects for housing associations, London councils, and other clients both within and outside London.
E&C Construction undertakes a wide range of projects, from internal/external refurbishments and maintenance to new builds, operating extensively within London and capable of working outside the M25 area.
Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Regional Operations Manager at E&C Construction Ltd in Barking.
The Regional Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring project timelines and budgets are met, and managing resources efficiently.
They will collaborate with internal teams, clients, and subcontractors to deliver successful projects and maintain high standards of quality and safety.
Qualifications Project Management, Operations Management, and Resource Planning skills Strong leadership and communication skills Experience in the construction industry Knowledge of building regulations and health & safety standards Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions Budget management and cost control skills Excellent organizational and time management abilities Relevant degree or certifications in construction management or related field
