The Regional Operations Manager role is a senior position within the Operations Team.
You will be accountable for ensuring KPIs are met in practices, P&L targets are delivered, day-to-day decisions are made and for inspiring and coaching teams.

About You Our ideal candidate will have the ability to build strong relationships and confidently lead conversations with colleagues at all levels, possess strong analytical skills to support financial growth expectations and the ability to plan with and challenge departments to deliver objectives.
Experience working in a multi-site regional role and dental would be highly desirable.You must be aligned with our values, Care, Collaboration and Entrepreneurship.The main duties will include: Analyse regional management information and monthly profit & loss and look for and drives way to maximise revenue, reduce costs and grow the business further Key input into budget preparation and setting for the region.
Manage the P&L of the region overseeing and agreeing relevant actions for practices with variance to budget.
Prepare and present monthly P&L reviews Report on KPIs and practice revenue performance in weekly senior meetings, presenting performance and growth plans.
Support the Practice Managers in creating and signing off the individual Practice Business Plans in the region and the subsequent monitoring and reviewing of the ongoing actions.
Focusing on performance, delivery, KPI's and future growth plans.
Work closely with the Practice Managers to plan resource and engage with the resourcing and clinical teams to communicate recruitment needs, recruit and induct employees and clinicians in the region effectively to maximise potential income and surgery utilisation.
Develop Practice Managers and help them manage the practice teams, through regular 1-2-1s, coaching and performance reviews, driving excellent performance through effective performance management and providing continuous feedback, and hold accountable for practice results.
Oversee and where applicable manage all regional employee relations issues including disciplinaries, sickness absence, grievances or appeals, ensuring they are dealt with in a timely and satisfactory manner.
