Please note this role is covering our stores in the West and Ireland region.
Drive growth, lead multi-site teams, and promote sustainability while delivering exceptional customer service across the UK and Ireland.
What You'll Do: Shape and execute regional business plans and KPIs Inspire and develop multi-site teams as the regional figurehead Drive recruitment to build high-performing store management teams Lead strategy for new store openings, refits, and portfolio growth What You'll Bring: Proven experience in multi-site retail leadership Strong commercial acumen with a sales focus Self-driven with a passion for motivating high-achieving teams A full UK driving licence, open to travel and overnight stays What's In It for You?
