Our client, a global leader in hi-tech manufacturing and supply chain solutions, is seeking a Regional Logistics Solutions Manager to lead their team in Europe.
This senior role offers the opportunity to create transformative logistics strategies that deliver value to major clients across diverse industries.
About the Role As the Regional Logistics Solutions Manager, you'll spearhead the design and execution of logistics solutions that meet complex and evolving customer needs.
From logistics network design to carrier management and warehousing, you'll be shaping the logistics service footprint for the region.
Acting as both an internal and external consultant, you'll collaborate with business units, technical teams, and customers to deliver seamless logistics solutions powered by cutting-edge technology.
Key Responsibilities Solution Design: Lead logistics solution design for customer projects across warehousing, transport, and international shipping.
Customer Engagement: Work directly with clients to understand needs, present solutions, and explain the value they bring to supply chain operations.
Project Management: Oversee logistics operations, working with business units and technical teams to ensure successful implementation.
Innovation and Value Creation: Continuously research new logistics solutions and sustainable practices to enhance operational efficiency.
Business Development Support: Collaborate on RFP responses for large-scale projects and provide strategic support to business development efforts.

What We're Looking For 8-10 years in logistics solutions and business development, ideally in 3PL or 4PL environments.
Expertise in freight management, warehousing, and end-to-end logistics within the EU.
Experience in hi-tech sectors is welcome but not essential Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills with a strategic mindset.
Ability to manage projects independently, make data-driven decisions, and perform under pressure.
Multilingual skills are an advantage, as is knowledge of regional logistics markets.
