We are currently looking for a RegionalHR Manager to join our multi-site customer The main location for this role will be our site in Manchester, however there will be regular travel to other sites, as a part of this role.
This role is being offered on a full-time, permanent basis, the hours of work are Monday to Friday Pay, benefits and more: We're looking to offer a salary of up to £55,000 per annum, and 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays).

What you'll do on a typical day: Providing dedicated HR Support to sites within the Northern Region for 3 sitesAdopting a GXO Supply Chain & HR culture on the site.Building and driving the site HR People plans to support an overall business plan, developing employee relations agendaFacilitating harmonious employee relations with the site teams and any respective Trade Union representatives to ensure optimum working efficiency within the operationEnsuring that processes are in place for talent identification, succession planning and coaching for leaders and high potential colleagues What you need to succeed at GXO: Proven experience in a similar HR management role, within a fast paced and dynamic environmentExcellent people management skills with the ability to build and maintain credible and strong professional relationships at all levelsBe an effective influencer and communicator, able to positively engage and empower othersBe adaptable and able to work within a rapidly changing environmentCIPD Level 5 or equivalent We engineer faster, smarter, leaner supply chains.
