About the role We have an exciting opportunity for a Regional Head of Planned Investment Delivery to join the Guinness Team.
This is a permanent, full-time vacancy based in either our London, Euston Road, Oldham, Bower House or Milton Keynes office, however this role will cover properties located in Yorkshire, Humberside, East Midlands & Home Counties, we are currently working to a hybrid working style.
The overall purpose of the role is to lead a regional teams delivering Planned Works to Guinness properties.
Oversee the development, planning, implementation, delivery, handover, and commercial control of planned investment projects, ensuring delivery of high quality, value for money works, excellent levels of customer service and strong stakeholder management.

You'll be able to demonstrate: Essential: Significant senior leadership and management experience gained within asset and project management, in housing or similar organisation(s).
Proven experience of providing excellent customer services in a large complex housing organisation.
Significant proven experience of residential building design and / or construction.
Knowledge of building regulations and other legislation and regulation pertaining to the safety and broader design of residential buildings.
Proven knowledge and experience of managing and motivating dispersed teams responsible for improving properties.
Excellent contract management skills with proven experience.
Experience of managing large, complex budgets which affect multiple departments / projects.
Proven experience in maintaining commercial control and acumen for all project types and values under various commercial models and contracts.
Demonstrates the Guinness Behaviours.
Demonstrates the Leadership and Management Standard.
Desirable: In depth understanding of the context of social housing.
Experience of project management relating to planned works.
Qualifications Essential: Level 6 (degree) or above qualification in Engineering, Building, Construction or Surveying.
Professionally qualified status (MRICS or MCIOB) or working towards.
