We are currently recruiting for a Regional Guest Services Manager to oversee our teams based with a client in the financial services industry!
Reporting into the Guest Services Account Manager the successful Regional Guest Services Manager will help them to oversee our Welcome Teams and provide strategic welcome assistance to our location managers ensuring that we deliver fivestar service across the contract. The successful candidate will be an experienced senior manager who has managed a large team within a corporate or fivestar hospitality environment.
They will have an inspirational and motivational character and relish the opportunity to help and develop our people.
Alongside their HR and management experience the successful candidate will need to demonstrate excellent time management skills to find the perfect balance between their management and operational duties.
Innovative ideas will come naturally to the successful candidate who will thrive on reviewing creating and implementing processes to improve the effectiveness of the service that our teams provide and ultimately ensuring that our account remains a trailblazer! Excellent relationship building and communication skills will also be essential as they will need to be comfortable in creating and maintaining excellent relationships with multiple key stakeholders whilst taking ownership for delivering projects in a busy and everchanging environment. Please note: This role is Reading based but includes regular travel across the UK and Ireland.
Hours: 40 hours per week as required Salary: 42000 per annum Qualifications : Experience of managing a large team within a corporate or five start hospitality environment is essential.
