By building strong relationships with colleagues across our organisation, you'll ensure an integrated approach between care, education and therapeutic teams, making sure everyone is working towards the same goal of achieving the best possible outcomes for our children and young people.
You will also work alongside other key stakeholders such as Local Authorities, Social Workers, parents/carers.You will assist Head teachers to oversee day-to-day operations, ensure adherence to Independent School Standards and regulatory requirements as well as:Assist Head teachers to develop and implement strategic goals to ensure the growth and success of each schoolEnsure your schools deliver high-quality education and care for children with special educational needsMonitor academic performance, pupil behaviour and welfare, safeguarding and staff wellbeingLead quality assurance processes, including school inspections and compliance checksProvide regular reports to senior management on school performance, risks, and achievementsOversee the delivery of quality management systems, school improvement plans, sharing of best practice.What we do for youWe know you are going to do great things.
