This role will be a combination of working from home and being out on the road visiting clients.
What will you be doing?
Building strong, lasting relationshipswith Mid-Market brokers through regular on-site visits, performance reviews, and networking events.
Underwriting and managing complex commercial risks, ensuring profitable outcomes aligned with the companys underwriting strategy.
Driving business growthby identifying new opportunities, developing a pipeline of prospects, and promoting the insurer's products and services.
Collaborating with colleaguesto achieve renewal retention and rate improvement targets.
Staying ahead of market trends, legislation, and best practices to provide expert guidance to brokers.
What were looking for: Proven experience in underwritingcommercial insurance, with a strong understanding of Mid-Market and complex risks.
Relationship managementskills with the ability to influence and drive positive outcomes.
Strong commercial awarenessand the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Excellent communicationand interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to build trust and rapport.
Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
